Fayette County Waste Disposal Violation

A Fayette man has been arrested for failing to appear in court on a waste disposal issue.

Just before noon Wednesday (Aug. 5), the Fayette County Sheriff's Office took 20 year old Jordan Kline into custody on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of discarding solid waste.

Kline was held in the Fayette County jail on $5,000 bond, pending his appearance before a magistrate.

Kline and 2 other people had been arrested on Monday in a drug bust in Clermont.
