The Fayette County Sheriff is investigating a one-vehicle rollover crash.

It happened at about 6am Friday (Dec. 28) on "W" Avenue, north of 110th Street, just northwest of Westgate. A truck driven by 19 year old Daniel Tryon of Fredericksburg went out of control on the slick road, crossed the road, entered the ditch, and rolled onto the passenger side. No one was injured, but Tryon's 1997 Chevy K-1500 truck was totaled.

A Fayette man's vehicle was damaged after striking a deer early Wednesday morning. The accident happened near the intersection of Highway 93 and "Q" Avenue, west of Fayette. A pickup driven by 49 year old William Clark hit the deer when it entered the roadway. No one was injured, but there was $2,000 damage to Clark's 2005 F-150 pickup.

A Cresco man was arrested by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office Thursday on a Fayette County warrant for voluntary absence from custody. 29 year old Alexander Blaess was held on $5,000 cash only bond.
