Early Morning Arrest in Fayette County
As a result of an incident early this morning (Monday, Nov. 20), an area man was put behind bars.
At about 1am, the Fayette County Sheriff got a 911 call, reporting a domestic disturbance in Hawkeye.
Responding officers arrested 58 year old Ned Roy Fox, charging him with Domestic Abuse Assault. He was held until he could be seen by a magistrate judge.
A Texas man faces charges in Fayette County, after being pulled over south of the city of Fayette. Just before 2:30am Saturday (Nov. 18), a Fayette County deputy stopped a truck on Highway 150 for speeding. After investigating, the driver, 26 year old Nicholas Gonzalez of Miles, Texas was taken into custody for Operating While Intoxicated; he was also cited for Speeding.
And a rural Fayette man was arrested Friday, on a Black Hawk County warrant for a probation violation. 55 year old David Fuller was taken into custody by a Fayette County Sheriff's deputy. Fuller was transferred to the Black Hawk County jail, where he was held without bond until he appears before a magistrate.
