Dumont Man Arrested on Fayette County Warrant

Authorities in Butler County have arrested a man wanted on a warrant in Fayette County.

Last Friday, April 22nd, the Butler County Sheriff's Office took 31 year old Zachary Penning of Dumont, into custody on a Fayette County warrant.

Penning was wanted for a probation violation, on original charges of domestic abuse assault-2nd offense and harassment 3rd degree.

Penning was transferred to the Fayette County jail in West Union, where he made an initial court appearance and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
