Dubuque Van Driver Involved in Accident in Wisconsin
Southwest Wisconsin authorities report that a Northeast Iowa man was involved in a 2 vehicle accident on the north edge of Prairie du Chien.
The Crawford County Communications Center received a report at about 10:15am Tuesday (June 1), of a two vehicle traffic accident on State Highway 35, at the intersection with Cliffwood Drive.

An express van, driven by 64 year old Curtis Gerhard of Dubuque, was about to make a left turn off of Highway 35, when it was rear-ended by an SUV driven by 53 year old Theresa Walsh of Prairie du Chien.
Walsh told officers that she became distracted by a dog that was inside the vehicle. Injuries were minor.
Walsh was charged with Inattentive Driving.
