During the search of McNamara's home, investigators found a detailed plan, drawn by McNamara, to rob the Maynard Savings Bank in Hazleton. The sheriff found maps, a date and time, and names of others who may have been involved in planning the robbery.

McNamara was then charged with Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Robbery.
The plan was quickly revealed to the bank manager and investigators from the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office.

The Fayette County Sheriff continues to investigate the drug and sex crimes, and more charges as well as more suspects are expected to be arrested at a later date.
The Fayette County Sheriff was assisted by the Oelwein Police Department and Buchanan County Sheriff.
