Driving While Drugged & Guns Found in Car

Fayette County authorities have arrested a Dubuque man for allegedly driving while he was under the influence of drugs, plus other charges concerning weapons are pending.

On Friday (Feb. 26) the Fayette County Sheriff received a report of an erratic driver, northbound on Highway 150, headed from Fayette to West Union.

Deputies stopped the vehicle, driven by 33 year old Joshua Milder of Dubuque. He was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while drugged.

Officers also seized several firearms that were in the vehicle; an investigation of the guns is on-going, and more charges could be filed later this week.
