Domestic Dust-up Puts Local Woman in Jail
A local woman has been arrested in connection with 2 domestic disturbances, about 12 hours apart.
The Oelwein Police Department received a call to the 200 block of 5th Avenue NE, just before 1:30pm Friday (April 2nd). Officers separated the two parties involved in the disturbance, however at 1:30am Saturday (April 3), police again were called to the continued domestic situation at the same address.

Police then arrested 35 year old Kayleigh Jane Harger of Oelwein, on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, which is an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
