Disturbance at Area Bar Leads to Arrest

Fayette County authorities have arrested a local man after being called to an area tavern on the report of a disturbance.

The Fayette County Sheriff received a 911 call from the Bear’s Den Bar in Oran on Thursday (Aug. 10).

Investigating deputies found 40 year old Christopher Risinger of Westgate was allegedly causing the disruption.

Risinger was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct, and Operating Without a Valid Drivers' License.

A Waukon man has been arrested on a Fayette County warrant.

28 year old Blake Pohlman was taken into custody Wednesday by the Allamakee County Sheriff on a Fayette County warrant for Violation of Parole.

Pohlman was transferred to the Fayette County jail, where he was held without bond.
