Digging up Problem in Oelwein

If anyone is curious as to why there was construction work going on at the Oelwein Kwik Star, it was only an electrical malfunction.

Tatroe Electric from Waverly was called in to fix the problem.

A credit card reader on one of the pumps quit working earlier this week.

A crew was called in to repair the issue Tuesday, and workers were sent to the Oelwein convenience store Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the wiring for the system is located underground, and workers had to remove some concrete and dirt to get to the failed wiring.
