Decorah Man Busted for OWI in Oelwein

Oelwein Police have arrested a Decorah man for allegedly drinking and driving.

Just before 8pm Saturday (Dec. 28) officers took 52 year old Randy Nagel into custody after a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Frederick Avenue in Oelwein. Nagel is being charged with Operating While Intoxicated.

The Oelwein Police Department is investigating some vandalism. Shortly before 10:30pm Saturday, police received a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of 1st Avenue NW. No other information was released.
