WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) — Police interviews with the Iowa woman accused of killing her husband and his girlfriend reveal inconsistencies in her account of the 1983 murders.

Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation special agent Adam DeCamp testified Monday in the trial against 54-year-old Theresa Supino, who was arrested in March in connection with the slayings of Steven Fisher and Melisa Gregory more than 30 years ago. Their bodies were found on the Copper Dollar Ranch northwest of Newton.

Supino has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges.

DeCamp testified about three interviews he conducted with Supino. He says Supino never made what he considers a confession, but that her statements notably varied.

In addition to testimony, a viewing of the trailer where Gregory died has been scheduled.
