An organization in Fayette County has established a fund to help local non-profits, that assist those hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Fayette County COVID-19 Disaster Response Fund has been created by the Fayette County Community Foundation.

Due to the economic and public health challenges caused by the pandemic, nonprofits in the county that render aid to our most vulnerable residents are facing an economic challenge.

This fund will help support those organizations that are responding to recovery efforts of area residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Foundation is requesting residents and businesses to support the fund, to help the county respond and recover, by making a donation, a gift, to help with the effort.

The gift will go to help local non-profits to continue providing critical services to those who need the most help. For more information, call 319-287-9106, or go online to fayetteccf.org.
