Citations for Firearms and Driving Violations in Oelwein

Two Oelwein men have been cited by local police Tuesday (March 31), in separate incidents involving firearms, and illegal driving.

At about 7:30pm Tuesday, Oelwein Police cited 47 year old Lucas Folsom for the Discharge of Firearms in the city limits. The incident happened in the 200 block of 12th Street SW.

And at about 9:30am, 21 year old Chester Mosby Jr., was given a citation for Driving While his License is Suspended. Mosby was pulled over in the 1,000 block of Industrial Park Drive.
