Charles City Woman Arrested for Fayette Co. Warrant

Authorities have arrested a Charles City woman on an outstanding warrant from Fayette County.

44 year old Billy Jo Herman was taken into custody at about 10pm Wednesday (May 15) by Charles City Police.

Herman was wanted on a Fayette County warrant for Voluntary Absence from Custody.

Herman was transferred to the Fayette County jail in West Union, and held without bond.
