Charges Filed in Buchanan County Rollover

A Northeast Iowa driver is being charged with causing a one-vehicle rollover in Buchanan County.

Deputies were called out at about 5pm Saturday (Dec. 28) to a traffic accident in the 2900 block of Frost Avenue, northeast of Brandon.

A car driven by Michal Higgins of Brandon was southbound, when he lost control and drove into the ditch, where the vehicle rolled over, ending up on it's top.

No one was injured. His 2004 Pontiac Sunfire was totaled.

Higgins is being charged with Failure to Maintain Control.
