Burglary in Oelwein Under Investigation

The Oelwein Police Department is investigating a report of a burglary.

The burglary complaint was filed just before 11:30pm Friday (Sept. 15), from the 1100 block of 1st Avenue SW. No other information was released.

And Oelwein Police were called to a traffic accident on Friday. The accident happened in the 100 block of 1st Street SE.

A vehicle driven by Tina Zubrod collided with a pole while she was backing up. No injuries were reported.
