Burglary and Theft in Oelwein Under Investigation
The Oelwein Police Department is investigating a burglary and a theft that were reported Friday (Dec. 4).
Authorities were called at about 8:30am Friday, to the 200 block of West Charles on the report of a break-in.
At about 6pm Friday, officers responded to the report of a theft in the 100 block of 1st Avenue SE.
No other information was available, and both incidents are under investigation.
