
Bremer Co. Farm Accident Injures Elderly Man
A farm accident in Northeast Iowa has put an area farmer in the hospital.
At about 11am Wednesday (July 24), the Bremer County Sheriff was called to a farm accident on Fairview Avenue, east of Plainfield in rural Bremer County.
Rescue personnel found 86 year old Harold Reuscher pinned under the bucket of a skidloader he had been using.
Reuscher was extricated from underneath the bucket, then Air Cared to Mercy One Hospital in Waterloo. A condition report was not yet available.
The Bremer County Sheriff was assisted by the Waverly Ambulance, Plainfield Fire Department, and Plainfield First Responders.
