Body Found Outside Casino is Identified

Authorities are investigating the discovery of a dead body found outside a Northeast Iowa casino.

At about 8am Monday, the body of 76 year old Darwin Beers of Dubuque was discovered in a grassy area behind the Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque.

Beers' death is not being treated as suspicious. The cause of death is under investigation by the State Medical Examiner's Office.

It was not released who found the body.
