Save your favorite seat by Monday, May 4th for the Waterloo Black Hawks 2020/21 season.

When USHL hockey begins next fall (fingers crossed), I think they should call it the "Unfinished Business Tour". If the COVID-19 crisis was just all a bad nightmare, the Black Hawks would be in the middle of the playoffs right now and headed toward the Clark Cup championship. We sure would like to think so, they we're definitely a favorite to win it all.

Oh what might have been right Black Hawks fans? In the meantime, all we can do now is stay home and do our parts so there is a better chance of next season not being interrupted. Fans are encouraged to lock in their favorite seat before it’s gone. Black Hawks season ticket renewals continue from now through Monday, May 4th.

Before that day, those who were 2019/20 season ticket holders have the first right to renew and keep their seat or Terrace Reserved position on the rail around the concourse.  Season ticket rates are unchanged from last season, and eight-month payment plans are available.

According to a team press release: “We know that there has been a lot going on lately, but we don’t want anyone to miss out,” said Black Hawks Director of Sales Parish Mason.  “Contacting us by the May 4th renewal date will also allow returning fans to secure their credit for un-played games after the schedule was interrupted by the coronavirus.”

Renewing fans can be credited for the equivalent of eight home games as part of the Black Hawks’ “Roll It Forward” program, while also receiving two bonus buddy tickets per seat.

Due to social distancing precautions, the Black Hawks offices at Young Arena are currently closed.  However, renewal forms can be returned to P.O. Box 2222, Waterloo, IA 50704 (these forms were mailed to all season ticket holders last month), or fans can call the Hawks’ special renewal hotline at (319) 214-0199.
