This particular recall involves two bakery items being recalled due to foreign plastic pieces that were found in the pastries.
That's generally not something you want in a snack.
FDA Recalled Items
According to Eating Well, the impacted items in the FDA recall from Walmart contain the printed lot number of L092525200 269X and are:
- Great Value Cheese Danish - sold in 16.5-ounce containers with UPC 078742201177
- Great Value Cinnamon Rolls - sold in 16.5-ounce containers with UPC 078742201160
While the recall impacts food sold in early November, it's possible customers purchased with the intent to freeze and serve at a later time.
If you did that and have either of those pastries, make sure you return them ASAP.
According to an FDA listing, these items were sold by The JM Smucker Company from Orrville, Ohio.
