Authorities Make Arrest in Waucoma Assault

A weekend assault in Waucoma has resulted in the arrest of an area man.

The Fayette County Sheriff, was called to the report of an assault at about 6:45pm Sunday (Sept. 30).

When deputies arrived, they arrested 31 year old Bern Larsen on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault-2nd Offense.

Larsen was taken to the Fayette County jail in West Union, where he was held until his initial court appearance.
