Authorities are Investigating a Theft in Oelwein Early Today

The Oelwein Police Department is looking into an early morning theft.

At about 5:45am this morning (Friday, Oct. 26), officers received a report of a theft in the 100 block of 1st Avenue SE.

No other information was released, other than the incident remains under investigation.
