Arrests on Warrants from Fayette Co., Plus an OWI Charge

Oelwein Police have arrested a Fayette woman, after a traffic stop late Tuesday afternoon (Dec. 11).

At about 4pm, officers pulled over a vehicle on Outer Road, on the east edge of Oelwein. The driver, 56 year old Sarri Sue Danker, was taken into custody for Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office has taken custody of 3 area residents on separate warrants. All of the arrests were made Monday (Dec. 10):

35 year old Jade Nuehring of Oelwein was taken into custody on a warrant for Driving While her License is Barred.

22 year old Timothy Hogan of West Union was taken into custody for the original charge of Domestic Assault.

And 48 year old Scott McLaury of Hazleton was arrested on warrants for a controlled substance violation, and failing to affix a drug tax stamp. He is being held on $75,000 bond. The other 2 were held on "no bond".
