Arrest in 6 Month Old Bremer Co. Sexual Assault

After a 6 month investigation, Bremer County authorities have made an arrest in a sexual assault incident.

On March 7, the Bremer County Sheriff received a report of a sexual assault.

Following the investigation, on September 14th, 61 year old Dale Deuell of rural Plainfield was taken into custody on 2 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, which is a class "B" felony.

Deuell is being held in the Bremer County jail in Waverly on $25,000 bond.
