Area Woman Charged with Theft During Investigation

A local woman has been arrested on a theft charge.

Oelwein Police were called out at about 10pm Sunday (Nov. 13) to the 10 block of 1st Street SE on the report of a verbal altercation.

During the investigation, Oelwein Police took 32 year old Nicole Pingree of Oelwein, into custody on a charge of Theft 5th Degree. The charge is a Simple Misdemeanor.
