A Clermont man, arrested last week after the search of a home turned up stolen property and drugs, faces more charges, when he didn't show up for his court appearance in West Union.

Following the execution of a search warrant in Clermont last Thursday night (Sept. 24), 32 year old Luke Lembke was charged with Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, Possession of Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Four others were also taken into custody on drug, firearms and theft charges.

Lembke was taken into custody Monday for a Fayette County warrant on the charge of Failure to Appear, to answer to the charge of Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used.

Lembke was being held in the Fayette County jail on $10,000 bond.

Lembke and two others were also arrested in August after a search in Clermont uncovered multiple illegal substances, and drug related items.
