Area Man Arrested for Causing Damage in Clermont

Authorities have arrested an area man for doing some damage at a property in Clermont.

At about 10am Monday (April 8), the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a report of a disorderly person who was causing property damage at a residence on Mill Street in Clermont.

Responding officers conducted and investigation, then arrested 34 year old James Block of Clermont, on a charge of Criminal Mischief-2nd Degree.

Block was taken to the Fayette County jail in West Union.
