Area Man Arrested After Traffic Stop in Oelwein

Oelwein Police have arrested a Northeast Iowa man on illegal drug charges.

Just after 6:30pm Monday (Sept. 25), Oelwein officers responded to a driving complaint, pulling over a motorist.

Following an investigation, 20 year old Cisco Ray Ritter of Charles City was taken into custody on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
