Area Man Arrested after Traffic Stop in Fayette Co.

Fayette County authorities have arrested a Maynard man on drug and other charges following a traffic stop.

At about 1:30am Saturday (Aug. 4), a Fayette County Sheriff's deputy pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation.

Following the investigation, the driver, 56 year old Kenneth Hillman of Maynard, was arrested on charges of Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Hillman was held in the county jail until his initial court appearance.
