A driver who crashed a utility terrain vehicle Sunday afternoon injuring two people in Fayette County, has been arrested.


At about 2:45pm Sunday (Oct. 25), the Fayette County Sheriff took multiple calls reporting a UTV rollover accident near the intersection of 95th Street and "C" Avenue, just outside of Arlington.

Investigating deputies found that the driver of the 2020 Polaris Ranger, was intoxicated. He was identified as 35 year old Albert Cline of West Union.
2 passengers in the UTV were injured: one was taken by ambulance to the West Union hospital.

Cline was charged with OWI 1st Offense.

Cline was held in the Fayette County jail, pending his initial court appearance.
