442-Carat Diamond Discovered

This mammoth 442-carat diamond was discovered in Lesotho, a country surrounded by South Africa. The diamond is estimated to be worth up to $18 million.

Still, it's seven times smaller than the LARGEST DIAMOND ever discovered. The "Cullinan" was unearthed on January 25, 1905, in Pretoria, South Africa. This beauty 3,106-carats and weighed 1.33 pounds.
