An Oelwein man faces a weapon-related charge from a weekend incident.

At about 10pm Sunday, Oelwein police were called to a disturbance in the 500 block of 2nd street sw. There, they arrested 39 year old Max Stone on charges of going armed with intent, and possession of marijuana.

Oelwein police were assisted by the sheriff's offices of Fayette and Buchanan counties.

An Oelwein woman has been arrested following a traffic stop.

On Saturday, 44 year old Theresa Woodson, was pulled over in Oelwein. After investigating, police charged her with second offense owi.

And a Hazleton man was arrested after a routine traffic stop on Friday.

23 year old David Ames was charged with driving while his license is barred.
