24-year-old Manuel Franco from Milwaukee Wisconsin says he wasn't prepared to be a winner so he freaked out when his Powerball ticket matched all of the winning numbers. When the numbers were announced he said he got really warm, his heart was racing, and all he could do was scream. He screamed for several minutes straight.

You'd scream too if you had just won the third largest Powerball jackpot in history. Manuel will never have to work again, if he doesn't want to. He won $768-Million and says he plans to travel the world.

Meanwhile, a Spring Valley woman won a nice chunk of money on a $5 Print-N-Play Bingo game. Minnesota Lottery officials say Julie Schwade won $44,577 on the ticket.
