DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) — Authorities say a 2-year-old boy shot at a Dubuque residence has been flown to an Iowa City hospital for treatment.

Officers were sent to the home a little before 11:45 p.m. Sunday to investigate the shooting. The boy was taken to a local hospital and then flown to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His name hasn't been released.

Police say officers are interviewing several adults and children who were present when the boy was wounded. Police have not released any details about what occurred. No arrests have been reported.
