
Waterloo Sets Record High Temp on Christmas Day
Waterloo and Cedar Rapids both broke record high temps for Christmas Day with 59*. The old record was 58* set in 1936.
Christmas Day was warmer than any day in November in Waterloo. (On November 22 there was a high of 55* in Waterloo)
Iowa City made it all the way to 62*, knocking off the record of 60* set in 1893!
'Normal' High Temps as we approach January are in the upper-20s.
