Authorities in South Carolina are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 2 year old child, who was last seen in Iowa.


2 year old Dakota Ray and her parents, William and Jessica Ray, were caught on surveillance cameras at an Iowa hospital on Monday, May 14th.

Authorities are concerned about Dakota's well-being, as her parents are apparently heavy methamphetamine users.

The family may be heading to Minnesota.
They are traveling in a gold 1996 Ford Aerostar Van, and could be changing their license plates.

The Camden, South Carolina Police Department says that the parents may be begging for money, and are sleeping in their vehicle.

Dakota is described as a 2 year old girl, 2'6" tall, 25 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Jessica is 36; she is 5'2", 112 lbs, long light brown hair and blue eyes.
And William is 44; he is 6'1", 340 lbs, light brown hair and brown eyes.
