April 7 funeral announcements

An Oelwein woman, 85 year old Joan Fairchild, died Sunday at Grandview Health Care Center. No public memorial will be held at this time. Private graveside services will take place at Woodlawn cemetery. Geilenfeld Buehner funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.

A Maynard woman, 68 year old Patricia Grimm, died Monday morning. A private family visitation will be held at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard, with a private family graveside service at Long Grove cemetery in Maynard. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
