Local Man Busted on Outstanding Warrant

An Oelwein man has been arrested on a Fayette County warrant.

Just before 10:30pm Tuesday (May 15), Oelwein Police took 24 year old Gary Louch into custody, on a warrant for Failure to Appear.

The orginal charges were 2 counts of Theft in the 5th Degree.

Louch was arrested after interacting with an officer in the 500 block of Rock Island Road in Oelwein.
