Local Man Arrested For Home Burglary in Oelwein

A young Oelwein man has been taken into custody for allegedly breaking into a home on the northeast side of Oelwein.

Oelwein Police were called out at about 2pm Wednesday (Oct. 17) on the report of a break-in at a residence in the 10 block of 5th Avenue NE.

Responding officers took 22 year old Seth Rohrick into custody, charging him with Burglary-3rd Degree, Enhanced Public Intoxication-2nd Offense, and Interference with Official Acts.
