Waterloo Eatery Will Close Very Soon For The Season
Fall temperatures are coming in swinging in full force. For some seasonal businesses that means that it's time to close up shop...at least for the year.
It's been an interesting few weeks for businesses in the Cedar Valley.
Several new restaurants are coming to Northeastern Iowa this year. We've shared with you that a new spot called Big Açaí is opening in Downtown Cedar Falls sometime this month. Another new restaurant, called Bryan's Blue Plate will be opening in Waterloo. You can check out more information about both of these restaurant openings here.
A popular Waterloo restaurant is shutting down its operation...but only for a few months.
4 Queens Dairy Cream in Waterloo made the announcement on Tuesday, October 11th on their social media accounts, that they will be shutting down for the next few months. 4 Queens has several different locations spread throughout all of the Cedar Valley including; Cedar Falls, Waverly, Waterloo and Evansdale.
Cedar Falls location: 1310 W 1st Street
Waterloo location: 207 E Tower Park Drive
Evandale location: 3640 Lafayette Road
Waverly location: 109 1st Street Southwest
The ice creamery's last day is Sunday, October 23rd before it closes for the rest of the year. So, there's still some time left for you to get your ice cream fix before they close for the season.
