A New Cafe With Dubai Chocolate Crepes is Opening Soon in the Corridor

Get ready for a new dining option in the Ped Mall! Le Crave Cafe is set to open "SO SOON" at 14 S Clinton Street in Iowa City!

About Le Crave

According to the official website, Le Crave is "a welcoming space where global flavors meet local community." The menu is said to "bring together the rich flavors of the Middle East and the comfort of Western café classics." The new restaurant is located right next to Summit in the former home of Molly's Cupcakes, which closed its doors in August.

One of the main features of Le Crave's menu is crepes. Some of the available flavors listed on the cafe's website include Nutella, Dubai Chocolate, Berry Blush, and Hawkeye, which is filled with cinnamon apples and topped with caramel, graham crackers, and whipped cream. YUM!

In addition to crepes, some of the other items on the online menu include three varieties of flatbreads, cold sandwiches, mini pancake bites, Dubai chocolate strawberry cups, smoothies, cold brew, lattes, and more. You can check out the full menu HERE.

Business Hours

Le Crave Cafe hasn't announced an official grand opening date, but over the weekend they posted on Instagram that they will open sometime this week!  The hours listed on their website are:

• Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.
