Three Iowa companies have been named to a list of the most ethical companies in the United States. The results are based on a MarketBeat survey that looked at which brands Americans trust the most on an ethical level.

New Pioneer Co-op Makes the List

The Corridor Business Journal reports that the first Iowa business on the list is New Pioneer Food Co-op in Iowa City, which came in at number 64 on the list of 118 businesses. The survey cited members' support for local farmers and its transparency on sourcing.

Iowa-Based Window and Door Manufacturer Also on the List

The CBJ reports that the Pella Corporation also made the list, coming in a number 78. The family-run company ranked high due to its focus on energy efficiency, American manufacturing, and its volunteerism through the company's Hope at Work program.
