A traffic stop in Waterloo ended with the arrest of three people late Wednesday evening (Oct. 24, 2018).

Adnan Albegic, 25, and Lakendrick Mosley, 27, were each booked into the Black Hawk County Jail on a charge of conspiring to commit robbery. Cletio Clark, 28, was arrested on a first-degree robbery warrant issued by Fort Dodge police and was released to their custody, authorities said.

According to Waterloo police, officers received a call about two men walking around inside an apartment building at 216 Brookeridge Dr. shortly before midnight. They conducted a traffic stop in the area and determined that Albegic and Mosley matched the description given by the person who reported the suspicious activity.

Authorities said they determined that Albegic and Mosley conspired to commit a robbery at the Brookeridge Dr. address. When officers searched the area, they found a ski mask, rubber gloves, and two 9mm handguns. According to police, one of the weapons had previously been reported stolen in Waterloo.
