Waterloo Man Arrested on Fayette County Warrant

The Fayette County Sheriff has arrested a Waterloo man on an outstanding warrant.

On Tuesday (Dec. 5), a Fayette County Deputy took 23 year old Darrick Eubanks into custody, on a valid Fayette County warrant for Failure to Appear, on a Violation of a No-Contact/Protective Order. Eubanks was held in the Fayette County jail on $1500 cash bond.

A West Union man has been arrested on a Fayette County warrant, for Violation of Probation. The original charge was Attempted Burglary-3rd Degree. 45 year old Chad Palmer was taken into custody on Tuesday; he is being held on $2500 cash bond.
