Waterloo Man Arrested After “Suspicious” Report in Oelwein

A Monday night call to Oelwein Police reporting a suspicious vehicle, has resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man.

Just after 8:30pm Monday (Nov. 20), officers were called out to investigate the report of a suspicious vehicle, located in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue SE in Oelwein.

Authorities found the vehicle in question, then arrested the driver, identified as 55 year old Frank Lee Miller of Waterloo.

Miller is being charged with Driving While his License is Barred, which is an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
