Video Shows Man Taking Pictures Up Woman’s Skirt At Cedar Falls Store

Cedar Falls police are looking for a man who was caught taking photos up a woman's skirt, but they need help identifying him. A cash reward is being offered for information in the case.

Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers has released security camera video of the incident, which is posted below. The victim has agreed to the release of the video to make women aware that a similar crime could happen to them, authorities said in a Facebook post.

According to Cedar Falls police, the man shown in the video followed the woman while she was shopping inside a local retail store. The video shows the man using his cellphone to take several pictures up the woman's skirt while her back was turned to him as he pretended to shop.

Police said the man accidentally made contact with the woman and quickly left the store before authorities arrived.
