A noisy incident in Northeast Iowa has resulted in charges filed against an area couple.


Just before 7pm Tuesday (March 14), the Fayette County Sheriff was called to a home on High Street in Arlington, regarding a noise complaint.

An investigation determined that 50 year old David Nuehring of Oelwein and 47 year old Theresa Woodson, had a valid No-Contact order in place, against each other.

Both were arrested and taken to the county jail pending an initial court appearance.

Nuehring is being charged with Violation of a No-Contact Order, and Woodson is charged with Aiding and Abetting to the Violation of a No-Contact Order.
