Spring Cleanup Set for Local Cemetery

It will soon be Spring Cleanup time at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens cemetery, south of Oelwein.

The traditional cleanup date at Floral Hills is March 15th, which is this Wednesday.

Those who want to keep any of their winter grave decorations should remove them by this Wednesday (March 15). All of the remaining decorations will be removed by cemetery staff beginning the next day, March 16th.

The new, spring decorations may be put in starting on April 1st.

Floral Hills Memorial Gardens is located between Oelwein and Hazleton.
